Scott served in senior leadership roles in technology companies for the last 25 years. Scott led Marketing, Sales and Operations Divisions of multiple private organizations from the startup phase through successful exit. Scott’s has primarily focused on the healthcare industry working on both the clinical and administrative side of healthcare.
Paul is a West Point graduate with a BS in Engineering with over two decades of software engineering experience. Paul has spearheaded teams at renowned firms such as Raytheon, Aristocrat Leisure, Xcite, and YouScience. Known for scaling teams and technology in high-growth startups, some with over a million active users, Paul excels at building teams that deliver solutions in highly regulated industries that prioritize trust, security, and compliance.
Kile is an experienced healthcare technology executive with a strong background in driving growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. Kile had a significant impact in executive roles at companies like EvidenceCare and InstaMed, where he leveraged his expertise in business development and go-to-market strategies to propel expansion and revenue generation efforts. Prior to that, Kile focused on scaling businesses and optimizing revenue streams at various companies in the healthcare and SaaS sectors.
Kile holds a BS in English from Mars Hill University where he also played on the lacrosse team. Outside of TripleKey, Kile loves to stay involved in the local community through his church, volunteering with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and coaching lacrosse. Kile, his wife, Laurena, and daughter, “CC,” live in Nashville, TN.
Kyle began his career in finance and quickly established a thriving wealth management practice dedicated to empowering business owners to achieve financial success. With a keen eye for operational efficiency and a natural talent for communication, Kyle has built strong, high-performing teams that excel in sales, marketing, and client service.
In addition to his wealth management practice, he has served as a consultant and board member for multiple startups, leveraging his strategic insights and leadership to drive innovation and growth.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Kyle and his wife, Jenny, reside in College Grove, TN, where they enjoy a vibrant family life with their three children: Kristin, Blakelyn, and Liam. Kyle’s passion for creating meaningful connections and fostering growth—both personally and professionally—is at the heart of everything he does.
Jonathan M. Brown is a nationally respected healthcare technology leader whose career spans more than three decades across clinical systems, information security, digital transformation, and executive leadership. Throughout his professional journey, Jon has maintained a clear mission: to create secure, intelligent, and innovative technology ecosystems that improve clinical outcomes, elevate patient experiences, and strengthen the organizations he serves. His work has consistently been defined by a balance of strategic foresight, operational discipline, and an unwavering commitment to the people and communities behind the technology.
Jon’s career began with a strong technical foundation, earning a B.S. in Electronics Engineering before entering roles that demanded both precision and adaptability. His early experience at Computer Sciences Corporation and subsequent engineering positions allowed him to build deep competency in network infrastructures at a time when healthcare technology was undergoing rapid change. These formative years strengthened his ability to navigate complex systems, anticipate organizational needs, and design solutions that stand the test of time.
Jon Brown is a forward thinking healthcare technology leader who helped position Mission Health System as one of the top performers in the Best Hospital IT rankings, earning the number five spot in the Super Hospital category. As CIO, he championed the shift of IT from a traditional support function to a core element of organizational strategy, building a team that blended engineers with caregiver clinicians to better support technology driven models of care. Under Jon’s guidance, Mission Health strengthened its partnerships with Cerner and GE, enabling innovation in how care is delivered. One of his most notable accomplishments is the development of virtual sitter based technology to monitor patients at risk for falls without requiring constant in room staffing. This creative solution improved safety, enhanced efficiency, and demonstrated Jon’s commitment to aligning technology with compassionate, effective patient care.
His progression into leadership began at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, where he was entrusted to create and lead the Office of Information Security. Long before cybersecurity became a national imperative, Jon was already architecting programs that safeguarded sensitive clinical and research data across a large academic medical center. For more than a decade, he oversaw risk management, regulatory compliance, and the protection of over 500 information systems. His work not only ensured HIPAA compliance but also established a culture of digital trust, earning the organization consistently strong audit results and positioning it as a security benchmark within the healthcare sector.
Jon’s reputation for building resilient systems and high-performing teams led to his recruitment by Mission Health, one of the region’s largest and most complex healthcare organizations. Over ten years, rising through roles including Associate CIO and ultimately Chief Information Officer, he helped transform Mission Health into a nationally recognized leader in clinical informatics, analytics, and operational reliability. Under his guidance, the system achieved 99.99% technology uptime, deployed a shared Cerner environment across acute and ambulatory settings, and implemented predictive algorithms that directly improved care delivery. He also led multimillion-dollar cost optimization efforts, improved workforce alignment, and helped earn Mission Health the prestigious distinction of being named a Top 15 Health System by Truven Health Analytics.
During his tenure at Mission, Jon oversaw the development of a robust analytics ecosystem anchored by an enterprise data warehouse—an achievement that delivered both financial savings and measurable clinical value. His leadership helped clinicians reclaim valuable time with patients, improved data-driven decision-making, and accelerated Mission Health’s evolution into a digitally mature care delivery organization. His work was recognized repeatedly on the national stage, including Becker’s Top 100 CIOs and Healthcare IT News’ Best Hospital IT Department awards.
Jon later transitioned into the role of Division CIO for HCA Healthcare’s North Carolina Division, guiding the post-acquisition integration of Mission Health into one of the country’s most respected and ethically recognized healthcare systems. There, he delivered more than $15 million in operational savings, enhanced regional clinical technologies, and spearheaded patient-centric digital innovations such as mobile self-scheduling, curbside check-in, and intelligent automation. As executive sponsor for a $50 million innovation and investment fund, he played a pivotal role in advancing healthcare entrepreneurship, economic development, and community-based technology initiatives across Western North Carolina.
In 2024, Jon expanded his impact by serving as Chief Information Officer for Veterinary Practice Partners, applying his healthcare expertise to support a multi-state network of veterinary hospitals. In this role, he introduced scalable systems, strengthened infrastructure reliability, and ensured IT operations were fully aligned with organizational growth objectives. His leadership reinforced his long-standing belief that compassionate care—whether for people or animals—is strengthened by well-designed, secure, and intuitive technology.
As Founder of JB Technologies, Jon now serves as a trusted advisor to hospitals, health systems, and provider organizations seeking clarity in an increasingly complex digital landscape. His consulting work focuses on healthcare IT strategy, AI development, EHR optimization, cybersecurity maturity, and organizational transformation. He partners closely with executive teams to modernize systems, evaluate vendor ecosystems, and build future-ready digital strategies grounded in practical experience and proven methodologies. His leadership philosophy centers on empowering teams, strengthening digital trust, and transforming technology into a catalyst for meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Jon’s contributions extend beyond his formal roles. He has served on multiple boards, including NC HIMSS and NCHICA, where he held positions as board member and president. He has been an advisor to academic programs, a mentor to emerging leaders, and an active participant in national organizations such as CHIME, ACHE, and HIMSS. His publications, presentations, and thought leadership continue to influence conversations around analytics, innovation, and healthcare transformation.
Ryan has been serving hospital leaders for nearly 15 years. Spanning departments from Quality to Technology, Ryan has a proven track record of collaborative problem solving. At companies like HCTec and Harmony Healthcare IT (Trinisys), Ryan’s relational approach and hunger for innovation were the driving force forward in multiple new solutions and industry shifts.
Ryan, Megan, and their four children enjoy life together and with their community in Chesterfield, MO.
Keith has helped start-up companies since the early eighties. Through the years, he has maintained strong relationships with advisors and investors helping with financing, fundraising, business planning, entity structure, and exit strategies. He has had several successful exits, including publicly traded entities, stock swaps, and outright sales.
Hunter brings nearly three decades of experience in executive search, board advisory, and high-level leadership development to the technology market. His career has been defined by his dedication to building high-performing leadership teams and boards, consistently acting as a trusted advisor to clients and representing their stories in the market. Hunter excels in clarifying and shaping leadership missions and desired outcomes, laying a strong foundation before recruiting the right leaders to drive organizational success.
With a deep understanding of both technology and business, Hunter has advised and placed senior talent across commercial and public sectors, frequently bridging the gap between these markets. He has completed numerous board, CEO, and C-suite level searches for public, private, and private equity-sponsored companies. Hunter was a co-founder of Northwind Partners and retired from the firm at the end of 2023, capping an influential tenure in executive search.
An investor and member of NorthWind Investments, Hunter’s background in private equity, coupled with his board advisory expertise, allows him to closely align with General Partners and CEOs, ensuring strategic and optimal outcomes. Before Northwind, he co-founded a West Coast, VC-funded search firm specializing in building leadership teams for technology-focused companies.
Hunter devotes his time to coaching and mentoring emerging leaders, helping them realize their full potential while fostering the development of the next generation of leaders and executives. He serves on the board of TripleKey Software and BEE World, an organization dedicated to equipping global ministry leaders and pastors. Together with his wife, Kristin, Hunter is committed to supporting vulnerable populations through various non-profits. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys fly fishing, snow skiing, and traveling with his family.
